This label applicator allows you to place a label on the face of a bag, pouch, cardboard or paper.
The bag applicator can be customized to suit a client’s needs. Potential applications include empty pouches for food or hardware, folded mailers, or any other plastic, card or paper sheet.
The object to be labelled is placed in the guides, and a label is applied at the selected position on the bag. Bags with zip-locks are catered for. The applicator precisely and quickly applies labels on the face of the bag. The speed of application and the ejection speed can be chosen to optimize your process.
Thin bags or sheets can be labelled provided that they do not crease while being fed into the applicator. Thin foil bags have been successfully labelled.
The maximum height and width of the object to be labelled can be specified when ordering. This will affect the size of the applicator.
The bag guides are removable, and if needed, multiple sets of guides can be supplied so that preset formats can be created for different applications. This increases productivity by reducing setup time.
